Our Process
At Titan General, we pride ourselves on a meticulous and transparent approach to every project:
- Consultation: We’ll meet with you to determine an installation location. We’ll also ensure your electrical panel can handle the additional power. If an electrical panel upgrade is required, our licensed Electricians can help.
- Permit: We’ll file a notification of work with ESA before starting the installation and provide a copy for your records.
- Installation: Our team will come and install your EV charger at the pre-determined time and ensure you are happy with the outcome.
- Certificate of Acceptance: Once the project has been accepted as compliant with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code, our team will complete the filing and provide you with the ESA Certificate of Acceptance.
- Rebates: We’ll ensure you know of any rebates that might be applicable to your EV charger installation.
